Game Setup
Last time on DL3 Dragons of Hope: The heroes fought off the invisible stalker and retreated to an old defunct room where they rested to allow the casters to regain their spells. Curious about the scorch marks on the walls and the dwarven statue seemingly holding up the ceiling, they eventually left to the adjacent room which was trapped in a couple of ways. First, the western half of the room had anti gravity forcing passersby to fall to the ceiling. The eastern half of the room woke the stone golem through their movement. They eventually passed the room but not without taking some serious losses with three heroes unconscious. They noted an eastern entrance, and an alcove with a statue of one of Nuitari’s seven faces, Knowledge in it. Opposite to the north were double doors with keyholes. Raistlin used the keys they found in the shifting corridors to open them and they revealed two more doors to the north and two more statues of Nuiotari’s faces to the left and right. He noted keyholes in each and unlocked them all. This repeated three times before they opened into the Chambers of Fistandantilus. Upon entering Raistlin saw a broken skull rise above a metallic object and the dust from the rubble swirled up in a howling wind to form the rough shape of a man. It did not speak to them, and Raistlin slowly walked out of the room…

About Advanced Dungeons & Dragons
An updated version of D&D was released between 1977 and 1979 as Advanced Dungeons & Dragons (AD&D). The game rules were reorganized and re-codified across three hardcover rulebooks, compiled by Gary Gygax, incorporating the original D&D rules and many additions and revisions from supplements and magazine articles. The three core rulebooks are the Monster Manual (1977), the Player’s Handbook (1978), and the Dungeon Master’s Guide (1979).
