Game Setup
Last time on Tyranny of Dragons: Vesh, a Black Robe Renegade Wizard Hunter was tracking Seto and stumbled across Bright Heart. He learned that the Blue Lady’s Flying Citadel was there days before and immediately contacted Onthar Frume, the Knight of Solamnia in Solanthus. He convened a Council of Solanthus including Leosin Erlanthar of the Legion of Steel, Vesh of the Orders of High Sorcery, Kyle Stronstead of the Solamnic Knights, Eve Previs of the Order of Chislev, and even Gail Levit from the Dark Knights of Neraka. Vesh shared his experience and knowledge, and with the rising threat of the Cult of the Dragon now having a machine of terror like a Flying Citadel, and the Cult of Morgion tormenting Coastlund, action must be taken. Leosin and Onthar share that they sent some heroes to learn more about the Cult and last heard from them over a week ago when they were at the Citadel of Karoc-Tor. Fearing the worst, they assemble a team to seek out this Flying Citadel, see if the heroes are aboard, and gather information. Vesh, Kyle, and Eve found the Citadel moving across Solamnia toward the New Sea and spoke with Blagothkus. Vaelith saw them approach and addressed them. They collected the heroes bodies and went to work raising and healing them. Trying to gather information from them. Then Azbara Jos, a Knight of the Thorn from the Dark Knights of Darkhaven asked to claim his brother Seto’s corpse. He reveals that the Darkhaven Knights sent him to gather information about the Cult, and that they are here on behalf of Blagothkus. They are told of Seto abandoning his patron to save Gunnar and claim to be able to use Gunnar to divine where Jkeauu the Night Hag of Morgion is. Once they find out that Fistandantilus, Seto’s patron, claimed Gunner’s soul, Lord Torence Forsyth and Azbara move to destroy them all. They end up barely escaping with their lives and the heroes learn that the Knights of Darkhaven are split as well. Seto’s group is trying to stop the Cult from raising Takhisis for Fistandantilus, and Forsyth’s group is working with the Cult to try and bring back the Dark Queen to stop the arch lich. Together they killed the Vampire Sandesyl Morgia and her spawn to free Garrick. Then went into the heart of the Citadel and killed Glazehaezel the White Dragon. With the Flying Citadel free of cultists, Kyle calls on the heroes to join him in Coastlund to end the threat of the Cult of Morgion. They agree and Blagothkus transports them there as promised.
