Game Setup

Last time on Tyranny of Dragons: The heroes defeat the otyugh and ascend the tower to discover minor treasure and three spectres! During their exploration they witnessed Snapjaw and the Bakali draw and quarter Dralmorrer Borngray, a wearer of Purple in the Cult of the Dragon. The potential information they could have gained from a high ranking cultist is lost. They defeat the spectres and head back down to the catacombs of the Citadel of Karoc-Tor. They entered the Dragon Well and called out the command word they discovered in Rezmir’s, the black dragonspawn wyrmspeaker for the Cult of the Dragon, outer library. They are instantly transported into a freezing high-altitude mountain top. Confused, they examine the snow packed terrain and find that they arrived between gate stones, with more in the distance. They also discover a hunting lodge, but are attacked by trolls and ambush drakes as they try to find Jamna Gleamsilver, their gnome friend who arrived a day or so before them. They defeat the beasts and enter the lodge to find it seemingly empty. K’thriss returns to the foyer and calls out, only to trigger a cook to run and grab Trepsin the Troll and his ambush drakes, as the cultists and entry way gargoyles attack. The massive battle pitches back and forth, let’s find out how it will end!
